TeraStor Energy Announces European Manufacturing and Deployment Partnership with Nowa Tepro

TeraStor Energy Inc., a U.S.-headquartered energy storage platform company, today announced a European manufacturing and deployment partnership with Nowa Tepro, including a reference deployment of the TeraStor S200 in Gdańsk beginning in the second quarter of 2026.
As part of the partnership, Nowa Tepro will deploy its first TeraStor S200 system at its facility in Gdańsk, which will serve as a European reference site.
As Europe accelerates the buildout of grid infrastructure and energy transition projects, the partnership establishes TeraStor's first European manufacturing presence and supports the deployment of TeraStor battery energy storage systems across the region.
Nowa Tepro, based in Gdańsk, Poland, provides advanced manufacturing and engineering solutions for battery systems and industrial automation. Under the partnership, Nowa Tepro will collaborate with TeraStor on the assembly and future manufacturing of TeraStor battery energy storage platforms in Europe.
Initial production will begin with system assembly in Europe, with localized manufacturing increasing as deployment volumes expand.
The collaboration will initially focus on the TeraStor S Series, with Nowa Tepro supporting system assembly and integration for commercial, industrial, and distributed energy storage deployments across Europe.
Nowa Tepro operates BESS assembly lines in Gdańsk and will support installation and commissioning for TeraStor deployments across Europe.
TeraStor works with qualified manufacturing partners across North America, Europe, and Asia to support scalable production of its energy storage platforms. This partner-driven manufacturing model allows the company to combine U.S.-led system architecture and software development with regional production capabilities that support efficient deployment in key global markets.
In addition to manufacturing collaboration, the companies will work together on regional market development, leveraging Nowa Tepro's European industrial relationships to support project deployment and customer engagement.
